Problems:
Language barrier (I doubt he speaks English well)
Engineers often lack social skills
Many women will not date outside their race.

I feel bad for this guy. If I were in his shoes, I would save up some money, as engineers make a decent salary. Then I would go back to india where my money would have more spending power. Having 100k saved here makes you normal. In India you would be RICH. The language barrier and race problem wouldn't be there either. Getting a girl would be much easier.

A lot of immigrants have this problem, as it takes a lot of effort to adapt to a new society. Those with introverted personalities tend to do worse.
Making friends should be a top priority. Women will think it is weird if you have no friends.
